Africa Blogging is one of the winners of the 2023 AfroBloggers Awards. The Pan-African blogger network emerged as the winner in the Collaboration/Guest project category in the awards now in its 4th Edition.

The Afrobloggers Awards celebrate creativity, dedication and responsible use of online spaces with the aim of inspiring more people to deliberately share their stories.

Commenting on the award, Africa Blogging Lead Editor, Daniel Ominde, said: “We are delighted with this recognition of the work that our writers from across the continent do in making stories and conversations happening in their localities matter to the rest of Africa. As a blogger network, our aim is to ignite discourse that promotes democracy and good governance in the continent, and this award is an indication that our efforts are in the right direction.”
